I can no longer take part, what are my options?

Event Terms & Conditions

Unfortunately as per our T&Cs, we don’t offer refunds or deferrals but if you took out booking protection, you can claim a refund through them: https://bookingprotect.com/apply-for-a-refund/. Alternatively, you can transfer your booking to another person, or race using your Eventrac account. This has to be done no later than 2 weeks prior to the event or date stated on the event profile page . Alternatively if you booked through a third party entry system such as Find A Race - you must take up your refund request with them directly - they offer a refund protection scheme with XCover - https://www.xcover.com/en/pds/booking-refund-protection-uk
 
To transfer or update your booking
  1. Log into your Eventrac account using your email address and password - https://www.eventrac.co.uk/
  2. Once you are logged in, click on your Bookings and select manage
  3. Now you can amend your details or transfer.
  4. Once you have made the changes click save and the entry is now transferred or edited

No registration packs, goodie bags, gels, drinks, tickets or items associated with a BustinSkin Event entry will be sent to any competitor who has withdrawn from the event or who does not register during the allocated time periods.

For all of our events we strongly advise that you also take up the Refund Protect which protects your booking 

- If you have selected Refundable Terms on your booking and are unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances outside of your control you may be entitled to a refund - please see the full set of Refundable Terms and Conditions here. To apply for a refund, please find the instructions on how to apply in the booking confirmation email you received after payment.

Race Disclaimer

By entering any 'Bustinskin' event, I accept taking part in any of these events is by its nature hazardous and contains certain inherent risks. I agree that I participate entirely at my own risk and accept that the event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, injury or accidents which may arise as a consequence of my negligence at this event. I will participate with care and attention, abiding by the rules of the event. I remain responsible for my own property and actions. I am in good health and have done sufficient training to safely complete the course. I have read and understand the event description on the www.BustinSkin.com website and clearly understand what is entailed.

LOST CHIPS

Should you lose a race chip at an event you will be charged for a replacement at the cost of £50.00 per chip.
